The GHG Series Rotary Steam Tube Bundle Dryer uses indirect steam heating — steam flows inside tube bundles while material circulates outside. Zero flue gas contact ensures clean, gentle drying ideal for heat-sensitive materials (DDGS, protein powder, germ, bone meal). Patented full-shell heat exchange reduces energy consumption to only 65% of conventional dryers (35% steam savings).

Working Principle
1. Steam Entry— Saturated steam enters tube bundle via central shaft.
2. Indirect Heat Transfer— Steam condenses inside tubes; heat passes through tube walls to material outside.
3. Uniform Stirring — Drum rotates at 1–8 r/min; tube bundles lift, stir, scatter material for 360° heating.
4. Full-Shell Exchange— Entire drum shell participates in heat exchange.
5. Moisture Evaporation — Water evaporates; extracted by induced draft fan.
6. Continuous Discharge — Dried material + condensate exit separately.
7. Steam Recycling — Condensate returns to boiler.
